Welcome to the DiSCOVER Yourself Seminar Workshop!  
 

We will be using your personalised Everything DiSC profile to lead our discussions during the seminar workshop.  

You will need to register and complete an Everything DiSC Workplace assessment online, before the date of the woIrkshop.

Our DiSCOVER YOURSELF experience is divided into the following stages:

1. Register for an account on Catalyst.
2. Take the Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst Assessment: The assessment is designed to determine your unique DiSC style. You will be asked to respond to a series of behavioural statements using a 5-point scale.  Set aside about 20-40 minutes to complete the assessment.
3. Explore Your Profile: Log into Catalyst after you have completed the assessment to see your DiSC Style, and learn more about your DiSC personality.
4. Attend the online seminar workshop: We will all get together virtually to explore our DiSC profiles as a team.
