This course is for persons already registered for one of the Open-Enrolment DiSCOVER Yourself Online Seminars.
If you are participating in a DiSCOVER YOURSELF in-person workshop, or a special private group session, please go to the My Learnings section of your Profile to find the right Pre-Workshop Course.
Using Everything DiSC Workplace, you will identify personal preferences and approaches to workplace activities and discuss available tools for development and engagement.
Each learner will receive:
- Everything DiSC Workplace Assessment: Each Everything DiSC® personality assessment combines adaptive testing and sophisticated algorithms to deliver precise insights to each participant. These insights lay the groundwork for a personalised experience rich with “A-ha!” moments that inspire behaviour change.
- Everything DiSC Workplace Profile: The personalised content in the profile deepens self-understanding through the DiSC® model. People gain insight into their own preferences and tendencies, learn more about relating to others, and receive actionable strategies to help them improve their interactions and ultimately, their performance.
- Workshop: The profile comes to life during the workshop, that engages participants to explore their profiles. Here participants will have an opportunity to interact with persons who have similar and different styles. By the end of the workshop, they will have the start of an action plan incorporating strategies to improve their effectiveness in how they work with others.
- Catalyst Learning Platform: Participants get unlimited access to the Catalyst learning platform before and after the workshop. Catalyst is a personalized learning platform, designed to help learners develop the social and emotional know-how for more effective interactions at work. It also provides opportunity for them to connect with other colleagues on the platform, and gain real-time tips to improve interactions.
