Frequently Asked Questions

You must have reliable internet access/mobile data, as well as a computer or smart-phone or tablet. All of our content is available through the commonly used web-browsers (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox). 

1. Participation in Live-classes/Webinars will take place at specific dates & times. Recordings may be available for some webinars.
2. Self paced e-courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be able to participate on based on your schedule. 
3. Certain courses may be available to you forever,  and some for a specified period as indicated when you register for the course. 

A certificate will be available for download on successful completion of each course. A passing score must be earned for courses with assessments in order to receive a certificate.

Yes! We can customise any e-course and also make it privately available via a unique link that will be shared with you. We can modify course materials so that they were branded with your logo or add specific company information to a course if it is private to your organisation. Contact us to discuss further.
